Competitions are winding down, but being a top competitor is a year-round challenge.

If you’re looking for an opportunity to train with some of the top coaches in the country, look into the Pan Am Wrestling Camp.

This camp will be held in Brampton, Ontario from July 12th to July 19th.

Featured coaches include Andy Hrovat (2008 Olympian, 3X NCAA All-American), Tonya Verbeek (3x Olympic Medalist), the Pan Am National Team coaches, and more to be announced.

2015 Ontario Cup – July 11 – Guelph, ON

This high performance event provides both a FILA Cadet (ages 15-17) and a Junior (ages 18-20) competition opportunity. For more details, check out the flyer.

2015 Ohio State Fair – Aug 1-2 – Columbus, OH

The Ohio State Fair is a two-day folkstyle and freestyle tournament in Columbus, Ohio. It’s a great opportunity to compete against wrestlers that you’ve never seen before. For more details, see the flyer.

Individual and team pictures will happen on Thursday, April 9th. Coach Len Payne will take individual shots for the team program presented at the annual awards banquet. The combined team picture will be taken at 7:20pm – Youth Wrestlers, please stay a little later, and Open Wrestlers, please come a little early.

Join the Sarnia/Bluewater Wrestling Club on Tuesday, May 12th at Jack Doyle’s Irish Grille for our Year End Awards Dinner.

Tickets are $20 ($15 for youth 12yo and under,) get them from your high school coach or call Coach Burke at 519-466-7403.
