The Sarnia/Bluewater Wrestling Club is running a fundraiser to help out our friends at the Jamaica Wrestling Federation.

Be one of the first to own an Official Jamaica Wrestling Federation T-Shirt and help keep the One Love Rebellion rolling. These shirts are available in men’s and women’s cuts in sizes S to XXL. Cost is $30 (CA$) and shipping is $5 within Canada. For shipping to the USA, the total cost is $30 (US$) and includes shipping in the continental USA. Contact us for rates for multiple shirts.

BINGO Volunteer Training Sessions – Oct 16, Nov 13

The Sarnia/Bluewater Wrestling Club is a not-for-profit organization that exists to help athletes follow their dreams, and engage with the community to become better members of society. That means: going to tournaments around the country, bringing in coaches from across the province, and keeping the lights on week-after-week.

One of the ways we fund these activities is through fund-raising bingo.

And we need parent/coach volunteers to make those bingos happen.

Volunteers must be 18 years or older, and must be trained. Our next two training sessions are at Jackpot City, 825 Upper Canada Drive (the Bingo hall.)

2017 OHP Wrestling Combine – Oct 21, 2017

Any athletes that were medallists from the 2017 Provincial or National Championships are eligible and invited to participate in the Ontario High Performance Combine at Bishop Ryan High School in Hamilton, ON.

This is a great opportunity to work with Ontario’s high performance coaches from university programs around the province.

Eligible athletes should e-mail your intentions to participate to ohpwrestling@gmail.com by Friday October 13, 2017.

This combine is capped at 40 athletes – it is a best-of-the-best opportunity, and if you qualify, you should be going.

Training Begins Tuesday September 19, 2017

The first practice of the fall club season will be on Tuesday Sept 19th, at 7:00-9:00pm in Room 99 at Great Lakes Secondary School (SCITS). Practices will continue at 7-9 on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

$150 Club Membership Costs Includes:
– On-the-mat training twice per week from September through June
– Membership to the OAWA – Ontario Amateur Wrestling Association
– Sarnia/Bluewater Wrestling Club T-Shirt
– Ticket for May End-of-Season Banquet
